Short description of error
whenever i switch to rendered view on eevee ,it gets very slow, lags or crashes which happeens the most .Cycles renders faster than Evee on my computer
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Intel HD4000 is a very cheap, low-end GPU that is by no mean designed to handle heavy/advanced OpenGL rendering., so you should not expect high performances with it and Eevee.. And we don't even know which driver version you have.
Please follow our submission template and guidelines, also read these tips about bug reports, and make a complete, valid bug report, with required info, precise description of the issue (only ONE issue per report!), precise steps to reproduce it, small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.

Blender contains some workarounds for similar issues that are enabled automatically for specific Intel driver versions. The list of versions it knows about is not exhaustive, so you might have one of the versions that needs the workaround enabled but which Blender does not have in its list. If you can provide the file produced by Help->Save System Info that would be helpful. If you can install the latest Intel driver for your OS+CPU that may resolve the issue.

@jessenunu : not sure if the above improved the situation?
Anyways, since last asking for information it has been 7 or more days, due to the policy of our bug tracker we will have to archive the report until the requested information is given. (we can always reopen later)
