Short description of error
This tool will incorrectly copy Fill and Stroke and change its color!
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create Circle and Select => Press CTRL+C in sculpt mode Then Click a few times

I've just downloaded the final version
I don't know why it changes the color of the copy and turns it into a Stroke
Please also check the Handles for Line / Arc / Curve / Box / Circle tools as they sometimes disappear!

@Mobin.artworks You need download the daily build (2.81 alpha https://builder.blender.org/download/)... the fix is not included in 2.80 because the fix was done after 2.80 release.
