Blender Version
Broken: version 2.80 stable release 2019-07-31

Short description of error

launched 300 samples renderings with Cycles after modifying the "World light" and the rendering did not start and reported a CUDA error. I saved, closed blender and restarted blender and everything was resolved. The subject of the rendering was a simple 1m-side cube with a texture I created applied. rendering launched several times without problems until the modification of the Light world.

We require a (as simple as possible) .blend file and exact steps to reproduce the problem.

I enclose the .blend file that generated the error, and the two .png files I created with GIMP 2.10 and used as textures. I remember that the error was given to me only once and then never again and it occurred increasing the power of the WORLD light. I must, however, report slowdowns in rendering that I did not have with the candidate versions. It could be, however, my graphics card a little to the limit. Thank you for all your work.

Excusing myself for the long absence caused by a serious health problem that put me out of a fight for a month, I would close this report with a "solved", because with version 2.81 Alpha no longer reproduces the error, which, in my opinion , was taught at the computer. I thank you and apologize for the absence of an answer.
