Short description of error
Shading mode or "viewport shading - look dev" crashes immediately with eevee when changing subsurface value in "Shader Editor". Doing other steps before, e.g. changing to cycles and later back to eevee does not always result in a crash.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender 2.8
Startup file (just the cube)
Switch to "Shading" (or enable "Viewport shading"-"Look dev")
Change value of "Subsurface" (Principled BSDF) in "Shader Editor"
(Changing in "Material" does not crash the program)
