Cycles: Add support for Alpha, Metallic and Roughness to the fallback material
Open, NormalPublic

Description

In Blender 2.80 we added users are able to change the alpha channel of the base color.
Workbench and EEVEE uses this when rendering. Cycles only uses the color channels of the base color (diffuse color), but let the user change the alpha value

Q: Should we add Metallic + Roughness + Alpha so EEVEE, Workbench and Cycles render the same fallback material?

IMO we should remove the Use Nodes toggle completely. It's just really confusing.

If we want a fast shader, faster than Principled BSDF, let's just make one. Then there's no need for confusing concepts such as 'fallback materials'.
