you have same problem with 2.80 Stable?
Alpha software as 2.81 just now, is under heavy development, thus Blender can be unstable or can have not working functions
i cannot reproduce this problem following previous step on linux Blender 2.81-4c9fe657458f (2019-08-09) AMD FX8350, 16GB DDR3, GTX690 2+2 GB VRam- Nvidia drivers 430.40

I'm running into the same issue. I've also tried updating to the latest intel drivers per Brecht's suggestion in a similar ticket (#68355) but still the issue persists. 2.80 works fine.

Tried on dev versions up untill blender-2.81.0-git.1845f0ee8b33-windows64 by the way.

There are also newer versions for your graphics driver.
Sometimes updating the graphics driver resolves.

No, this issue is gone in the latest blender (tested on the v2.82 alpha code base).
