renderer: 'Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000'
vendor: 'Intel'
version: '3.3.0 - Build 8.15.10.2653'

There is a newer driver available. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28799/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-

This will most likely solve your problem. Maybe also check whether your Nvidia drivers are up to date while you're at it.

**Unfortunately, I was stupid in the search on the Intel - site drivers about openGL. I did not find him! but one thing I can say for sure is what to do to solve it. just download the driver itself with the program for the product is not intel. . . (for some reason, it shows me 2 video cards **but Invidia Geforce is working**) and before I downloaded the driver for the invidia product of my video card, I first found and specified the parameters, series, and type of driver I had to specify the game. since I did not find the studio for my geforce 610m. Thank you matc for the answer. and I’m going to change my render not intel but invisible geforce 610m.
Briefly - I just had to find a driver with openGl support and I found it on the invidia site.
