Short description of error
UV/Image Editor images and UVs leave a trail or afterimage when moving the view.
Moving the mouse out of the UV window clears the effect but doesn't fix it.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the UV/Image editor and move the view around.

Please check if your gpu driver is up to date.
Does this happen in every file?
Can you prepare a simple .blend file that allows us to reproduce the issue more easily?
Can you provide a screenshot/screenrecording?

Looks like a GPU driver update fixed it.
