Operating system:windows server 2008 R2
Graphics card: "none", using software open32.dll, using commandline only
I am running the rendering on a cluster with 160 cores.
with blender 2.79 / 64bit / cycles everything works fine (full cpu load ~ 99%)
with blender 2.8 / 64bit / cycles stable release it seems it is limited to 60 cores
I tried it with the Threads Mode Auto-dected and also by setting a fixed number of Threads.
System is windows server 2008 R2
How can I solve this problem?

just render it and check the CPU load in the task manager
