Short description of error

The texts for options (Needed/Visual) under 'General Override' and ''Active Set Override' (Key-framing Settings), as found in the following image (Properties panel)

are NOT appeared in the PO file, as shown in the image below, when changed to Vietnamese, and hence was NOT translated, remaining in English:

These text lines appeared in the following source code:

Please have these lines in the PO file. I think you'll find that these classes will probably needed to be rewritten with internationalisation prospect in mind.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Use my Vietnamese 'blender.mo' below and drop in to the directory '2.81/datafiles/locale/vi/LC_MESSAGES'
