Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
Seems that blender is not detecting the GPUs on the computer and not allowing to select it for cycles rendering.
Surprisingly, the system info created by blender (attached) detects the GPUs, and in the Cycles section, seems to detect the intel GPU, but not the Radeon 530.
I also attach an image showing that blender doesn't allow to select any GPU, the devices manager and the AMD driver software that shows that blender is running using the GPU. Because of the latter it doesn't seem to me to be a dual GPU problem.
I also tried to use blender 2.81 alpha, but no luck.

@JordiMM you have a very old GPU driver for that Radeon. The latest is 26.20.13025.1004. Your version is 23.20.808.2816.
This is not a Blender bug.
It seems to work just fine.
