Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
Just will not allow me to install add on and unexpect text error
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I follow steps requested in inorder to install and and the text explains I have and unexpected error in the text!
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

@Ashab23 Please! Give enough info so devs can reproduce & understand prob exactly..
Note: Make sure, Blender's 2.7 addon can't be installed into 2.8 until upgraded for 2.80.
Please try in Blender 2.80 stable or 2.81..
I am using Blender 2.8 stable and these are the error I am getting
