Short description of error
With Eevee, motion blur appears only over other objects, but never over the background. It seems like an internal compositing bug.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- Make two objects with different materials overlapping each other in the camera view.
- Animate the camera forward-backward.
- Enable motion blur in Eevee and look at rendered viewport or image.
