Short description of error
Open the Blend file in 2.80 and 2.81/master:

You compare what the sofa-arms looks like. In 2.81 it looks dark on Eevee. If you flip normals of the entire mesh then it looks right.
The problem does not occur with Cycles in 2.80/2.81. The problem also does not occur in Eevee in 2.80.

Normals on those arms are in fact inverted:

In 2.80 shading is correct despite incorrect normals.

I have no idea, the problem occurred having or not having AO enabled in Render Tab. Anyway I have built again and the problem seems solved now.
