Description
Broken: Just installed Blender 2.8 and it won't start. It flashes the whole screen black and then there's a white window. It won't quit unless I kill it from task manager or ctrl + break . Apparently people with even older GPUs have had some builds of 2.8 running (e.g., https://developer.blender.org/T59182), so maybe there's some hope for me? I'm not afraid if you need me to run any special builds or diagnostics. Thanks for the great project!

This graphics card is below our minimum requirements so we can't provide support for it.

The only thing we can recommend is to install the latest graphics drivers from the AMD website.
