Short description of error
If there's an object with a Follow Path constraint, and the target path is deformed by a modifier, the object is not following the deformed path as expected. Instead, it follows the unmodified path.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- Open the attached blend file. There's a sphere with a Follow Path constraint. The sphere is correctly located at the start of the path.
- With object Curve1, reenable the curve modifier.
I expect the sphere to follow the deformed path, but it does not.
You will probably say it's by design or "not supported".
I say it's a bug because the sphere should follow the path where it is located obviously, not where it is not located.
