Short description of error
box selection of objects has an error with small parts,
they don't get selected when zoomed out, like in the provided file.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

open supported file

do not zoom, box select the half of the geometry, grab X, see some smaller objects do not being moved,
because not selected...

• aa, remove selection, zoom out, border select again, even less objects get selected
• aa, remove selection, zoom all the way in, border select again, objects do get selected
