Broken: 2.80 and nightly

Short description of error
OSL does not respect the input vector correctly. When adding a constant value the input seems to be overridden by the node.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a constant value to the input vector on a texture node and then connect the texture to the output node.
