VSE: Adding Marker partially hides 1st channel (Papercut)

Short description of error
When I added a marker in VSE the strip created by marker name hides the first channel which it should not do.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open VSE workspace add any strip in 1st channel and hit "M" to add marker.

Not sure if I understood the problem.
(I also don't have a codec for reading flv video files).
