Short description of error
if the inflow object is moving, then it does not emit liquid inside the volume. The inflow object has Volum Initialization set to Volume. Fluid mesh is empty inside:

I can reproduce the issue. Even a very small movement of the inflow object results in a weirdly emitted fluid.

Closing this as Mantaflow was merged into master and the old fluid system is no longer supported.
