Blender Version

Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
After deleting an object, if you press "ctrl", Blender will crash.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
You delete an object ( "x" and "enter"), then when you are going to navigate around the viewport, if you press "ctrl" (in my shortcuts it is set to zoom when ctrl+middle mouse+drag) Blender crashes. In order for it not to crash, I need to select another object before pressing "ctrl".
I Tried the same steps with different files, the same happens. It is a very consistent crash.

Note: When I started trying Blender 2.81 I imported the shortcut options from 2.80. I don't know if this somehow is related. But all the versions from 2.80 work fine, and never had this problem.

Cheers!

Could you please check if this is still an issue if you do File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings ?

I tried just changing the keymap configuration to Blender default, but the same "ctrl" bug persists. I am scared to lose all my custom configurations, brushes and addons if I use Factory Settings, so I will have to do everything again. Is there a way to reverse from factory settings? Maybe if I don't save the startup file after restoring factory settings?
Can you also try to reproduce this bug? If it happens to others, it is a bug from this version, not from my configurations.

Thank you!

Loading factory settings won't change anything to your own config, unless you explicitly save those factory settings in the preferences window. Otherwise, you'll go back to your settings on next launch of Blender.

Hi. Sorry for the late reply.

With the new versions of 2.81 the bug is not happening anymore. I didn't even need to load factory settings. It is really gone. I tried replicating the bug in many different files, even with the ones it was happening before.
Thank you guys very much for the support!!!

Happy blending!
