Short description of error

With any file: click Render -> View animation

Reproduced with the same results on a different MacBook with radeon pro 5500M graphics enabled on 2.82 2019-12-06.

It seems likely to be related to hiDPI, which by default quadruples the pixels per pt.

Sorry to bother again, but is there any chance the patch could be reviewed and applied? the problem still persists in the latest 3.5 builds (it is a bit frustrating running into this on an almost daily basis knowing that a fix is actually available).

@blenderrocket I do recall looking into this once before. I can have a look into this and see if there is anything obvious from the previous PR. Feels like there may be an easy solution which just involves using the DPI ScaleFactor.
