Short description of error
Objects with multiple materials not showing up with Eevee.
Separate by material solves the problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Load the scene provided Sculpt281Casque2BUG.blend.
Eevee preview or render = Objects with multiple materials not rendered.
Edit object, separate by material solves the problem.
No problem with cycles.

Oh ! No need to download the file... In fact you can reproduce this on a blank scene..
Edit THE cube, Duplicate it in edit mode, create new material and assign new material to the new one. Bug in Eevee
