I have a character that I got from Mixamo in a file I'm working on, and it's not letting me click off of the character itself or delete it. It was working great up until today.

Edit: I found out just today (October 17, 2019) that I wasn't in the right mode. It is working as intended, but I am an idiot that was in pose mode.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Not a bug. Click on Pose mode.

could you share that file?

also please be more specific in regards to "it's not letting me click off of the character itself"
did you try this with a fresh build? (Please download the latest build from http://builder.blender.org.)
Also go to File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings and then load your file to see if you still can reproduce this issue.

I apologize for the delay, but I've been quite busy with school. Lichtwerk, I apologise for being unclear. What I mean by "it's not letting me click off the character itself" is that, whenever I try to do anything with it, it refuses to work, and it won't let me click off it or click on something else.
