Rigid Body Collision Shape Not Displayed In Viewport #70543

Short description of error
Objects with Rigid Body Physics don't display the applied collision shape, eg. Sphere, Box, Cylinder.
This makes it impossible to know the exact shape and size of the collision shape.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
From the default startup scene, turn on Rigid Body Physics on the default cube.
Set the collision shape to anything other than mesh or convex hull. The shape outline won't be displayed on/around the cube in the viewport.

I've included screenshots of 2.7x and 2.8x to demonstrate.

The last rigid body drawing reference I could find is gone in the commit 51b796ff15
It seems this visualization has been forgotten and never added back.
