font.move is called text.move in the keymap

Open Preferences, Keymap, text, text global, and scroll to the Move items. Have a look how they are called. It's text.move.

Now go to scripting layout. Create a text object, enter edit mode. Press one of the hotkeys to move the cursor. Watch the info area. here they are all called font.move

This is confusing. Adding a menu entry with text.move gives you a greyed out operator.

Those operators are two completely different things, text.move works in the Text editor, while font.move works when editing a Text object in the 3DView.

We do not handle user support on this tracker, only bug reports. User forums like or and our devtalk should be used for that matter.

Thanks for clarification. I have indeed mixed the two. And thought this is a bug in the keymap. I am glad that it isn't.
