Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (on board)

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80-windows64
Worked: (none - first installation)

Short description of error

After launching, the main screen's window shows and then disappears.

Launching it from a console shows the following messages & error:
found bundled python: C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\python
GPUFrameBuffer: framebuffer status GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_READ_BUFFER
Error : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Address : 0x0000000141020E25
Module : C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\blender.exe

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Launch the application.

IMO, this is a duplicate report for Intel HD4000 crash

Update your GPU drivers from Intel support site should mitigate this problem
However your hardware at today not meet minimum Blender hardware requirement, you can check by yourself here

Problems like this are commonly due to old video drivers.
As said above, please update your driver and let us know.
