Short description of error
Odd behavior with "Rip Vertices" and "Rip Vertices and Fill" operators.

This is using the "Rip Vertices and Fill" operator.
Moving the ripped verts with mouse. You have original and ripped verts

Moving ripped verts in operator settings deletes original verts.

Run into similar issues with the "Rip Vertices" operator.

I can confirm.
It seems that the redo of operators within macros only works for operators that have an exec function.
MESH_OT_rip only has invoke, and it is ignored in the redo.
