Short description of error
In edit mode or sculp mode, selected strokes are projected apart from the actual location when the drawing plane is set to View or Cursor.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. In draw mode, press numpad 1, and then press numpad 6 two times and numpad 8.
  2. Set the drawing plane to View, and then draw something.
  3. Set the drawing plane to Cursor.
  4. Move to edit mode, and press A.
  5. Move 3D cursor at random.
