Measure tool measurement is deleted but doesn't stay deleted. #71006

Short description of error

I use measure tool to measure something(s)

I delete the measurement(s).

Then I go to tweek tool to do something.

I go back to measure tool and the deleted measurement(s) shows up again so I have to delete it again

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
