Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 411.63

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.81 , lastest 2.82(2019-10-30)

Short description of error
Probably due to different channels/sockets ordering (naming perhaps) some connection are lost or wrong when doing Swap Links (node.nw_swap_links ) between a render layer node and a OpenEXR MultiLayer

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
selected both a render layer and an image input node with an open exr with lot channels, press alt+s
