Short description of error
The MeasureIt addon is reporting radius as though the distance between verts is at default scale, not scale set in global Unit Scale.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Pick 3 verts in correct order
Click "Arc" button in MeasureIt panel
Observe results of radius value

Is this still an issue with 2.83?

Yes, but slightly different issue.

This image is the original .blend I uploaded with no modifications taken in 2.8.3
2.83_orig.png

This image is starting from scratch in 2.83, changing the scene units to mm, scale to 0.001
2.83_new.png

It's a bit hard to see because of the colours, but, the radius shows 20.00m. 20.00 is correct, but it should be displaying mm.
