Short description of error
Incorrect visualization of wave and magic texture if AMD Polaris RX 580 GPU is used for cycles rendering via opencl. If the textures are scaled large, they do not appear completely. The bigger the scale is, the less the textures are appearing. CPU rendering via opencl delivers the expected correct result.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a wave or magic texture to the default material of the cube. Change texture scale to 150. Render the scene with cycles and AMD Polaris GPU.
