Short description of error
When using Specular material in EEVEE transparency 1 makes material black even if it's blending method is set to opaque

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open blend file:

  1. Switch to rendered mode
  2. Compare left and right objects, one has transparency 0.999 color remains unchanged as it should, the other one has transparency 1.0 output goes black.
