Spline Ik Export Fbx or DAE shows wrong result

Description

Bones have Ik Chain and Export to FBX or DAE and reimport to Blender Cant get Same Animation{F8003356}

I tried some solution found on internet like this "make a duplicate of my bone chain, and completely blow away the parenting relationships within the chain. then I added copy transform constraints on each bone in the duplicate unparented chain to its corresponding bone in the spline ik chain." but still cant get right result

I also tried Bake Action in pose mode but also shows wrong result

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

1.Open File and Export to FBX with Only Deform Bones
2.Import the FBX
