Short description of error
when rendering, the picture doesnt appear for a while after the render tile already finished rendering that region, not sure if its a bug. didn't see anything like this online. here is a video

Just to make sure we are all on the same page:
{F8144833}it happens on both optix and cuda here is a blend file
Btw it also happens on 2.80

I can reproduce it on the CPU with a single thread (and reduced samples/tile size). It only seems to happen when Denoising Data is enabled. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it looks like it is doing some preprocessing on some tiles before actually starting to render them, don't know exactly.

Note, there is also a texture file missing in the .blend file, but that is probably unrelated.

Would make sense that denoising requires some post-processing time after render itself is done? Fairly sure there is no bug here, but would rather leave final decision to @Stefan_Werner or some other #Cycles team member indeed.
