"Only origin" option does not seem to be doing anything.

Short description of error
In 2.81 we have the ability to move object origin (pivot point) with the affect only origin option. This option seems to be "inactive" in 2.82. Not sure if this is a bug or perhaps I'm going at it the wrong way.

Open file with the default cube in object mode. Select "only origin". Attaching screen cap and video

that only origin its the same that we have in 2.79 try adding a few more objects and try rotate and scale them whit that turn on and off.
