Short description of error
The rendered movie doesn't look like on the preview. Positions of bones don't update which handled by drivers. In this case motion compensation doesn't work (signed by the red arrow on the attached movie). Also, bone "root" doesn't update location.
It's only part of my private project. Sometimes objects rendered correctly, sometimes not. Partially this issue may solve by using "revive disabled F-Curves" in the Graph Editor.
This video rendered in Eevee Blender 2.8, but Blender 2.81 has the same result.
