Short description of error
Ghosting in Material Preview mode with the Wandered Demo file

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open the Wanderer demo file.
  2. Make sure the Viewport Shading is set to 'Material Preview'.
  3. Under Viewport Shading turn off both the Scene Light, Scene World lighting.
  4. Now rotate the image. I see ghosting behind the Wanderer model.

This behaviour happens in 2.80, so i'm not sure this is a bug or expected behaviour.

I am able to replicate ghosting in the Wanderer file. However I believe this issue is related to EEVEE's use of Temporal Anti-Aliasing seeing as the issue disappears when you turn off "Viewport Denoising"

Note: EEVEE and Material Preview are the same render engine and Material Preview receives it's render settings from EEVEE.

In theory work could be done to reduce the amount of ghosting. Most modern games use temporal anti-aliasing and don't experience issues this bad, however I'm unsure as to how easy this would be to implement into EEVEE as it isn't exactly the same as a game engine.
