Short description of error
Whenever I enter in local view (current render engine Cycles Supported) I get this stripe thing (see picture) in the middle of the viewport without lines or anything.

This is the work PC (not mine, from work) and it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, so I don't know if it has to be with the graphics card or what.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Entering local mode with the numpad /

I assume you've checked you've got the latest drivers?
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/windows/intel.html

And just to make sure we are all on the same page:
Could you share an example .blend file where this happens?

I'm going to try that

I'm going to try that

So, I've checked that I have the latest drivers available for my integrated graphics card. The PC is a HP (maybe it controls something of the drivers?).

It is happening with any blender file when entering local view.

And I've seen that also in Modeling Tabit happens even without local view (if I switch from layout tab to modeling tab while being in local view):

But in other Tabs it only happens when in local view.

It's a big annoying stripe in the middle of the viewport.

:Sadface

EDIT: It didn't happen in 2.80 version, it started happening in the new 2.81

It's still happening in 2.81a.
