eidt>pref>addons>testing> no addons showing
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Do you have any testing add-ons that should be showing up?
about 5-6 hours ago i was searching for rock generator which was in testing section. then it showed and lots of others too. but now there is nothing in testing section.

Testingcategory.Only Daily Builds downloaded from https://builder.blender.org/download/ will have those.
Try downloading the latest daily build.
