hi this error seems related to the object carver addon. what is wrong with ant landscape?
I just tested both with no issues. could you try a nightly build or try Blender 2.81a release to see if the issue is still there?

The error seems to be about the Carver Addon [and not A.N.TLandscape]?

Please try these Addons separately and tell is when exactly you are getting this error...

#54239 (A.N.T Landscapes wouldn't load "%1 is not a valid Win32 Application") might be related.

@LazyDodo : should numpy be picked up from above [screenshot -- external python] folder on Windows [not sure about this]?

@lichtwerk something seems not right there. why is this blender looking for external python? all numpy addons usually use built in numpy. I just removed the prints from rock gen in mesh extra objects which worked as a test for "is numpy found". removed because it always prints that numpy is found in the built in.

Generally this error is a side effect from having a botched addon installation in the profile folder.

close blender
Temporary rename c:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.81\ to c:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.81.bak\
start blender and try again
