Blender Crashing On Startup (Blank Console and Blender White Screen) #72601

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: GTX 1050ti

Blender Version
Broken: All
Worked: On Windows 7 before Windows 10 Update

Short description of error
Loading Blender fails and instantly, giving nothing in the cmd that loads with Blender and a plain white screen that stops responding as soon as I click it. Waited 20-30 minutes with no response.

Tried loading Blender 2.81 As Administrator with --debug-all and I get a different error, "Version 280 sub 39 date unknown hash unknown" with more below.
Same with the other versions of Blender I tried with this technique.
blender debug-all.png
I have tried the following:

Uninstall/Reinstall/Repair/Update Nvidia Drivers to 441.66
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Blender
Tried downloading from Steam/Zip/Installer
Searched in /appdata/ for blender foundation folder, but couldnt find one. (Assuming Blender is crashing before it can make those files)
Checked for Faulty Drivers/Devices
Disabled Antivirus Temporarily
Updated Python Manually
Dropping opengl32.dll into Blender Directory
Created Another Windows User and tried there
Loading as Admin with Compatability Mode for Windows 7
Tried the .bat files that come with blender 2.81
Also made sure by opening Blender through CMD with --factory-startup
Crying
Loading a .blend file
Rendering something in console with --commands (Which worked, and output an image of said .blend file)
Installing some Redists
Tried x86 and x64 Blender Versions
Changing Main Display and Made sure both of my monitors were connected to my GPU Directly
Waiting 20-30 Minutes for blender to open
Making sure No other 3D Rendering programs were running
Nvidia Control Panel set to "Let The 3D Application Decide" on Rendering Settings

I don't wish to reinstall windows entirely to fix a Blender Problem, Any ideas would be helpful.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this (I searched and couldnt find anywhere else)

Can you please double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd in Blender's install directory. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Once Blender crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you two files. Please add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below.

It doesnt create any logs or errors, Blender Opens and Stays on a white Screen Not Repsonding But doesnt close out, not sure what else I can do. Any other ideas I can try? :)

Edit: When I close the Not Responding Blender in this state, It creates a debug file but doesnt show anything extra thna the normal debug console would : blender_debug_output.txt

Just for giggles: Does 2.79b play under Windows 10 for you?

Rendering something in console with --commands (Which worked, and output an image of said .blend file)

That's interesting. So if you add the command line switch equivalent to what @rjg suggested: I think ##--debug_gpu## (don't have blender here ATM to check, sorry) does blender run, exit, and leave diagnostic log files about your GPU?
Have faith. Lot of people are running Blender 2.8# under Windows 10; plausible that installation upgrade debris may still be in the way. Might be worthwhile to look around Blender Stack Exchange. Maybe start with: Blender Not Working in Windows 10, Any Suggestions?

I've not tried 2.79b But I'll download and give it a try now ^^ I searched google for answers for 6 hours yesterday and I tried as much as I could think of and nothing seemed to work, Hard to get any logs with anything As Blender doesnt technically 'crash', It just goes into Not Responding and Stays there indefinitely which prevents a crashlog, or at least any I could try finding, Debug log shows the .txt file I showed above but there's nothing but that I can see, Any ideas are welcome! :)

2.79b Didn't do anything different, No idea what could be wrong but It isn't blender itself, How Curious.

@VanilalKarbs can you try if #69492 solution work for you? overclock PCIe or Ram can negate properly use of GPU, are you sure to use 64 bit Blender with 64bit window? To check your Bios/Uefi config and disable all overclock you can spend some minutes, if Blender alfter all work you learn something, else you spend other few minutes to try to solve your problem.

P.S. i suppose you use one desktop, if laptop with Intel CPU you can try to force Window to use your Nvidia card as primary GPU card

SOLVED: A Drawing-Tablet driver (VK-something) I installed a year ago was interfering with Blender, No idea why but I removed it and Blender instantly started working again. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
