Short description of error
Hello. I am Korean. Thank you for developing the blender. I'm using the latest version of blender. But there's one serious problem.
It is not possible to switch from "English Input to Korean Input" in TEXT mode.
This is also true of Chinese and Japanese keyboards.
We would appreciate it if you could correct the "Switching language input" bug in TEXT mode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Event Timeline

Hello,

In order to use Blender in the Korean language you must go to Edit / Preferences / Interface and turn on "Translation" and select your language. Doing so changes the font used for the program to one that contains characters for very many languages.

Unfortunately doing so does not automatically change the font used when inserting "Text" objects. Therefore, while your new text object is selected you must go to Properties / Object Data / Font and select a font that contains characters needed for your language. The default font (Bfont) does not contain any Korean characters. You can select the international font that comes with Blender (droidsans.ttf.gz) or any others on your computer. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are hoping to improve this in the future.
