Just load the linked .blend, hit "render animation" and see what happens ;-)

Can you reproduce the issue in a simpler file? It should be small and render fast to make it easier to debug the issue.

This is the file without cache. It's much smaller now.

I can confirm that the render looks different from the viewport. Not sure if this is related, the scale property seems to work weirdly, or is that what you would expect?

Maybe the issue is caused because the objects have different scales, I don't know..

No, that's definitly not what I expected ;-)
And if I apply the scale there's still the same render issue.

With all due respect, if you don't know what it is, who should ;-)

P.S.: Even with a clean Blender 2.82Beta Installation there's the same render issues.
