Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
When trying to save a file, or trying to save user preferences, Blender will crash to desktop.
Edit When trying to save a file, or trying to save user preferences while OBS is open, Blender will crash to desktop.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Problem only occurs when AMD Radeon ProRenderer is installed and active in the Add-ons. It doesn't have to be selected in the render engine for the crash to happen. Any saving in Blender will make the software crash. With a fresh default scene too.
ProRenderer works if selected as render engine, but will crash when closing a finished render window (F12).

I don't know if this is an issue with AMD rather than Blender, but I'd still like to report the bug, as I found the ProRenderer to be quite nice with my GPU. Thank you for reading!

I have some new development. I believe it is actually not ProRenderer's fault. I had OBS studio running too and recording my 3D modelling process. When OBS is open, Blender will crash when trying to save. When OBS is closed and not running, Blender works normally. That includes AMD ProRenderer.
I've updated the title accordingly.

RadeonProRender is not an addon maintained by Blender.
To investigate this problem we need to reproduce it first.
But this must be done without the need to install addons maintained by others.

Is there any other way to reproduce this problem?
The log shows an error right after CUEW initialization which I believe is a stand for "CUDA Extension Wrangler" and is not supported by AMD GPUs.

I suggest reporting the problem to the original author.

Please do not leave irrelevant information in report description.

Try to update drivers, OBS and try using latest development blender version

Try running blender from console with --factory-startup argument and report if you had any problems
