Short description of error
When using the Curve operator, the boundaries checkbox doesn't work if the loop is circular. It works fine in an open loop.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In the example file below:

With the plane selected, go into edit mode and use the "Curve" operator, then check the "Boundaries" options. You can see it working.
Then do the same with the cube. The "Boundaries" option is not working in this case.
