Not just parameters, cant even add more doors. Was this taken away viz the request of some big kitchen design software company? I thought blender wasn't selling out?

The options are properly displayed in the Adjust Last Operation panel in 2.80, 2.81a and the latest master. What parameters are supposed to be missing?

You are wrong. Archimesh Cabinets never were editable after creation. You have only the parameters while you don't select other object or do anything else.
