Short description of error
Eevee doesn't clamp max and min values of a decal texture when viewing from far away, it seems like there's some kind of bleeding/feathering.

I don't think you packed your textures?

I also would need some more clear example of what you expect vs the result you are getting.

Sorry, here's the file with the textures packed.

This is what it looks on eevee and cycles, and a closeup in eevee where you can see how the effect fades with distance.

I found something!! Increasing the Anisotropic setting in preferences > viewport gets rid of this problem from longer distances. Not sure if it should still be considered a bug now...
