Worked: 2.79b
Short description of error
Veikk A50 drawing tablet's pressure sensitivity not working in Sculpt mode. It functions normally in the Image Editor. It also functions normally in other software.
Tablet drivers and GPU drivers are up to date.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Opening the program with a new Sculpting file and trying to sculpt, ensuring the pen pressure sensitivity buttons are checked, none of the pressure sensitivity functions work (IE: Stroke size or strength).

Opening the program with a new General file, subdividing the default Cube and entering Weight Paint or Vertex Paint mode on it, making sure the pen pressure sensitivity buttons are checked, none of the pressure sensitivity functions work (IE: Stroke size, opacity, strength, etc).

Opening the program on a new General file, switching to the Image Editor, creating a new image, entering Image Paint mode and ensuring the pressure sensitivity buttons are checked, the pressure sensitivity functions do work (IE: Stroke size or opacity).

I have tested sculpting in 2.79b and in it the pressure sensitivity works.
In the 2.82 beta it once again no longer works just as in 2.81

Can you try the 2.83 alpha build? Part of the pressure handling was rewritten there.

You can also try changing the tablet API under Preferences > Input > Tablet.

@brecht - I'm using the same tablet, and the current stable release doesn't work regardless of which Table API is chosen. However, the 2.83 Alpha DOES fix the issue!
